Air receiver of system of a self-levelled suspension bracket

Some models are equipped by an air self-levelled suspension bracket which operates a car road clearance. The control switch of height allows to choose one of two levels of a road clearance – normal or high. Distinction of height between normal or high level of a road clearance makes 40 mm.

The system supports a constant road clearance, changing pressure in the shock-absorber depending on car loading on signals from the gauge of height of the car established in each spring.

The system consists of four racks of a suspension bracket, the air compressor, the air tank, a dehumidifier and the pipelines connecting these components.

Service of an air self-levelled suspension bracket is necessary for making only at servicing deport.

At work on any part of an air self-levelled suspension bracket check up that the car is in normal (low) position, the control switch of height on the panel of devices is switched off and removed a wire of weight from the accumulator.

Replacement of a forward rack

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove forward wheels.
2. Disconnect tubes of giving of air.
3. Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of height of the car.
4. Other operations on removal and installation of a rack from self-alignment system are similar to operations on removal and installation of a usual rack.

Removal and installation of the compressor and осушивателя

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove the left forward wheel.
2. Remove a forward part of a mudguard.
3. Disconnect air pipes from осушивателя.
4. Disconnect electric sockets.
5. Unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening and remove the compressor and осушиватель.
6. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
