Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system and a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. Merge cooling liquid from system of cooling of the engine and unscrew spark plugs.
3. Remove a gear belt, pulleys of a camshaft and internal casings of a gear belt. Remove covers of a head of the block of cylinders and assemblage коромысел (the engine 1,8 and 2,2) or camshafts (the engine 2,5).
4. Disconnect exhaust pipes from heads of the block of cylinders.
5. Remove an inlet collector.
6. Unscrew forward support of the engine and, using a jack, through a board lift the engine.
7. On an engine left-hand side unscrew a pipe of system of repeated burning of the fulfilled gases.
8. Working in sequence, return shown on fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, ослабьте bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders on 1/3 turns for each pass before full unscrewing of bolts.
9. Remove a head of the block of cylinders.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders should be absolutely pure. For their clearing use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. At clearing be careful, as the aluminium alloy is very easy for damaging.
2. Check up, that the deposit has not got to oil and water channels. It is especially important for greasing system as the deposit can block oil giving to engine components.
3. If necessary clear channels, check up interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders on presence of notches, deep scratches and other damages.
4. Clear apertures under bolts in the block of cylinders. Bolt screwing up in the aperture filled with oil can break off the block because of hydraulic pressure.
5. Establish a new lining of a head of the block of cylinders on lips-novochnye pins in the block of cylinders.
6. Establish a head on the block of cylinders of the engine.
7. Grease a carving of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders with a thin layer of engine oil.
8. Establish bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and tighten their demanded moment in some stages in the sequence presented on fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, Sequence of a tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders on the engine of 1,8 l.
9. The further installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
