Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system.
2. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system.
3. Disconnect all hoses and wires from assemblage of the air filter and the gauge of measurement of a stream of air.
4. Remove assemblage of the air filter and an air inlet tube.
5. Remove the generator.
6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an arm of the compressor of a central air of air and move the compressor aside, without disconnecting from it hoses.
7. Disconnect all submitting and returnable fuel hoses from a fuel highway.
8. Mark and disconnect hoses from an inlet collector.
9. Disconnect a vacuum hose of the amplifier of brakes from an inlet collector.
10. Disconnect a plait of wires from an inlet collector.
11. Remove high-voltage wires from spark plugs and disconnect an electric socket from the ignition coil.
12. Disconnect a cable of an accelerator from the throttle case.
13. Disconnect the top hose of a radiator from the thermostat case.
14. Disconnect a hose of giving of a cooling liquid from an inlet collector.
15. Disconnect a pipe of repeated burning of the fulfilled gases from a collector.
16. Disconnect a pipe of repeated burning of the fulfilled gases from a head of the block of cylinders.
17. Disconnect hoses of tap of air, operated the electromagnetic valve (models with 1990 for 1994).
18. Disconnect a hose from the ventilation valve картера.
19. Unscrew bolts and remove an inlet collector together with the case of a throttle and fuel atomizers.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear interfaced surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and an inlet collector.
2. Establish new linings and an inlet collector on the engine.
3. Fix an inlet collector bolts, having tightened them in some stages the demanded moment.
4. The further installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system. Start the engine and be convinced of absence of leaks and correct work of all systems.
