Check of increase of pressure турбонагнетателя

Заслонка турбонагнетателя provides additional increase of turns турбонагнетателя on low speed without increase of turns on high speed. The executive mechanism заслонки (solenoid) copes the signal of the pressure received from compressed air on an exit турбонагнетателя.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a pressure head hose from the valve заслонки.
2. Connect to a pressure head hose the manual pump and create pressure 0,07 bar and check up that draught of the executive mechanism moves (fig. Check of the executive mechanism заслонки турбонагнетателя) see.
3. If at tests draught of the executive mechanism заслонки does not move, replace the executive mechanism заслонки.
4. Check up pressure of increase турбонагнетателя. If pressure increase too big, the engine can knock, and air will be let out through the safety air valve. Too small increase of pressure reduces capacity of the engine. For check of increase of pressure warm up the engine to normal working temperature and connect a tee with a manometre to a pressure head hose of the soaking up pipeline (fig. Check of increase of pressure турбонагнетателя see).
5. Press a pedal of coupling and increase turns of the engine to 4600 rpm and check up pressure of increase which should make 0,5 bar.
